The club held its Annual General Meeting on 14 March, agreeing to change the kit design and supplier for consistency with other Kent Union sports clubs, and discussing several proposed constitutional amendments.
A vote on the revised constitution was held the following week, on 21 March, with amendments being adopted to require the Open and Women’s Captains to attend at least 80% of trainings, to create a second Social Secretary position on the committee, and to remove the requirement for the Women’s Captain to be female.
Following the adoption of the revised constitution, a new committee was elected to run the club for the 2012/13 season:
On the weekend of 17-18 March, a joint Kent and Imperial College (dD) team competed at Mixed Outdoor Nationals, finishing 16th in the country.

On the weekend of 10-11 March, KTT sent two teams to the South-East University Open Outdoor Regionals in Chichester. After two days of hard play, the first team came eighth, and the second team finished eighteenth, reproducing our result from last year’s tournament. Peter ‘Pepe’ Miller was named MVP of the second team.

On 3-4 March, Kent’s ladies travelled to Fenton to compete in Women’s Indoor Nationals. The ladies played very well, and came seventeenth. This marks the end of an indoor season in which KTT has achieved its highest ever finish in all three divisions, and qualified for Women’s nationals for the first time.

Last weekend, KTT sent a team to Women’s Indoor Regionals in Hatfield, along with several players to form a joint second team with Brighton. The first team came fourth, qualifying for nationals for the first time and ensuring that this year Kent has made Nationals in all three indoor divisions. The second team won the spoon.
The previous weekend, the women’s first team travelled to Stoke-on-Trent to compete in Club Natioanls as a warm-up for Uni Regionals, a tournament at which the finished 18th, against some of the best women’s teams in the country.

Following successful qualification last month, Kent Touch This sent a team to its first Mixed Indoor Nationals last weekend in Wolverhampton. We came sixteenth in division two; the club’s best ever result in Mixed Ultimate. Kent previously qualified for Mixed Indoor Nationals in the 2009-10 season, but were unable to attend as the tournament was held in Scotland.
